T'Val was a female Vulcan member of the Federation Intelligence Service in the 24th century. She was born in Shakarrah Province on Vulcan, and attended the Vulcan Science Academy. At the Academy T'Val was recruited by Stalik, the Director of Vulcan Security. She eventually joined the FIS, where she was partnered with Gianni Mastroianni.
