Traal was a male Payav of the Norrb tribe on planet Mestiko in the 23rd century. Traal was a tyrannical leader of the Norrb, who launched a number of military strikes against neighboring nations. In the aftermath of "the Pulse" in 2265, Traal endeavored to bring himself political respectibility, and joined the Zamestaad as Norrb Councillor.
