A foul-mouthed, mohawked, tattooed, chain-smoking, trouble-causing, cub-abusing son-of-a-bitch, he seemed to always find himself in the middle of some sort of turmoil. Whether it was pissing off Sept Alphas at moots, teaching cubs in ways that usually required correcting, or picking fights with random Shadow Lords, Tim always seemed to be stirring the pot. He was also a well-known fixture of St. Claire's south side and Harbor Park, but an infrequent visitor to the caern itself. He left the city abruptly in early 2003 without fanfare.
