On 11 March, 2011 at 8:50 PM (CST) The Deltoran President Roger Johnson gave a nationally-televised speech asking The Assembly of the Deltoran Republic to declare war on the JBRican-based Anti-Infidel League of the Islamic Resistance. The President said "Deltorans, in our visions of peace and unity with all nations in the world, cannot stand neutrel and witness the Pikachurins being kidnapped and numerous JBRicans dying." Minutes after the speech the Assembly offically annouced the Declaration of War at 9:00 PM.
