Sean Hayes as Mr. Humberfloob is Joan Walden's boss and he is very aggressive on people shaking his hand without permission cause he is mysophobic. He keeps a bottle of Hand Sanitizer on the side of his belt. He fires people when they either shake his hand without permission of if the paperwork isn't in on time and done. His catchphrase is "FIRED!!!!!!" which he says out loud in the open.
