David Janus Alistair Vlekkenbaaij was a Starfleet Intelligence officer on active duty in the 23rd and early 24th centuries. He was rarely called David and more often called David Janus or D.J. Vlekkenbaaij was born in 2251 on New Azania to Lenore and Arthur Vlekkenbaaij (though Nikolai Barstow was his biological father). He graduated from Starfleet Academy in 2273 with honors.
