Dr. Molinaro (played by John C. Becher) is a neighbor of Billy Peltzer and his family and a citizen of Kingston Falls. He along with his wife, Mrs. Molinaro, lives close to the Peltzer Family House and it was to their house Billy left his mother Lynn Peltzer for treatments after she was under attacked and injured by the gremlins of the first batch and before he left with Gizmo in his backpack to chase after Stripe who previously escaped. Luckily, Dr Molinaro and his wife survived the gremlin attack.
