Later on Sherry Moore gets John Carey in trouble when a News Reporter woman questions her about murder cases and she stutters and gives the wrong answers. John Carey gets angry and pulls her away from the News woman and takes her home. The next day John Carey scolds Sherry Moore about giving false information to the news reporter and mucking up his investigation and starting a city panic. Sherry Moore apologizes to John Carey about the news and goes back to her desk job.
