The Hiltone Republic was the second-largest of the one hundred and six Sa'ari republics on T'lessia, with its capital located in Hiltone City. Politically, however, Hiltone was the most powerful, having formed a coalition government with other nation-states through the Lawyteret T'lessia. This changed in the wake of the brief yet bloody Sa'ari Civil War, which had been instigated by the military junta that had taken over from the civilian government.
