Elena Khaliavina (born December 8, 1983 in Kirov, Russia, Soviet Union) is a Russian Ice dancer. With former partner Maxim Shabalin, she had a lot of success on the junior level, winning the Junior Grand Prix Final in the 2001/2002 season and winning two medals at the World Junior Figure Skating Championships: a bronze in 2001 and the silver in 2002. They teamed up in 1999 and broke up following the 2001/2002 season. Khaliavina retired to pursue a career in ballet.
