Long-Yang is a character and drug dealer in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He sells drugs out of Meadows Park, Dukes and e-mails Huang Lee, the game's protagonist, regarding special deals when selling and buying drugs. He is the original dealer Huang meets, and is a good friend to him. He is a Triad, as shown on the Turf Map.
