Born in Chicago, Woods starred as Diane Szalinski on the Disney's Honey, I Shrunk the Kids: The TV Show. It was on that series that she met her current husband, John Lind, who served as an assistant director on the show. The series ran from 1997 through 2000. Woods also starred on the WB series One Tree Hill, from 2003 to 2012.
