Paddy was an Irish barman at The Red Lion during Charlie Moffitt's disastrous turn as comic there in May 1965. Paddy offered Charlie some kind (and possibly insincere) words of support before opening time one day, calling him the funniest comic they'd ever had and blaming his harsh reception on a tough audience. Credited as "Paddy - Barman".
