Harry Wilfrid (Billy) Burch (born November 20, 1900 in Yonkers, New York – December 30, 1950) was an American professional forward who played for the Hamilton Tigers, New York Americans, Chicago Black Hawks, and Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League. Although US born, Burch moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada at an early age, where he grew up playing ice hockey and football. He played for the junior Toronto Canoe Club of the Ontario Hockey Association, The team won the Memorial Cup in 1920.
