As with other runecrafting gloves, it cannot be used for assisting work if you are the runner in air running. Doing so will cause the assister to STEAL the charges from you! In contrast to this, a runecrafter who is air running can make full use of it as a rapid supply of essence is available to them. When they are used up, the chat box says, "The charges in your gloves have been used up and they crumble to dust."
