Olren Baran was a female Human and a lifelong member of the Jedi Order during the waning years of the time that would be known subsequently as the Dark Age. Born on Coruscant, the metropolitan capital world of the Galactic Republic, Baran ascended through the ranks of the Order until reaching the rank of Jedi Master and being granted a seat on the Jedi High Council prior to the emergence of the Brotherhood of Darkness.
