Like the NS-11A, the NS-11C has a mix of the factions traits. It has 5 extra round in the magazine, fast reloads and a below-average rate of fire. The main downside of the NS-11C is it's low bullet velocity, at 450m/s. This is one of the lowest of any carbine, which makes it harder to land shots at targets that are farther away. It is also worth noting that the NS-11C has a lower bullet velocity than the 3 factions' starting carbines. Which can be fixed with HVA, that increases bullet velocity up to 550m/s.
