Rambuculus Witherspyk was a young male hedgehog in the Witherspyk Performing Players and was the son of Oakheart and Dymphnia Witherspyk, the grandson of Crumfiss Witherspyk, and the brother of Trajidia, Auroria, Jiddle, Jinty and Dubdub. He was a sarcastic and rambunctious young hog who always had a smart-mouth remark ready for any situation, much to the displeasure and/or annoyance of his family members. He, along with the rest of the Players, came to Redwall Abbey and helped in the battle against the Ravagers.
