The cities of Tazma are all, save for a few stray lights running on some permanent power source, virtually dark. Even during the day, dark clouds frequently cluster overhead, blotting out the sun and casting the cities in darkness. Throughout these cities, strange, unnatural noises can be heard, like guttural moans and high-pitched shrieks. Now and then gunfire echoes throughout the streets. At least at first.
