Although the Red Dam is located due west of Piata, it is actually more easily accessed from Zema further to the west, as the Jet Scooter (necessary to enter the dam) is not only easier to reach from Zema, but is closer to the dam's entrance when departing from Zema. The Red Dam opens up after the player has obtained the Red Card from the Control Tower.
