Captain That Kresiik was a male Teevan and a New Republic Intelligence officer. He was familiar with the Peace Brigade. Posing as a mercenary, he led the Gruesome Gackles in infiltrating Hope Citadel. That stole the Peace Brigade's master plans for their Centares operations from Colonel Krindwes. He managed to convince Turmo to defect to the New Republic. Kresiik, the SpecForce troopers under his command, and Turmo fled to the Ynos after destroying Hope Citadel. They then used the shuttle to pick up Uutyyn, Saradan, and Brutuz.
