DD-339 was a Hope-class destroyer in service with the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War. DD-339 was constructed above Reach and commissioned in October 2543. DD-339 was assigned, along with four other ships of her class, to the UNSC Home Fleet, with which she served until the end of the war. DD-339 participated in the Battle of Earth in Oct-Nov 2552 and, with the exception of DD-340, was the only vessel of her class to survive. Both surviving ships were decommissioned in 2554.
