Bruce Banner is a hero from Earth that becomes the green giant Hulk. As Hulk he has virtually limitless strength that increases with his anger. On Earth his battles were legendary, and tales of them stretched even to Asgard. He fought alongside other superheroes such as Thor, Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, Doctor Strange, and Black Bolt. Thor went back to Asgard where his tales reached Beta Ray Bill. The ship crashed on Sakaar and Hulk was captured by the natives. Due to the constant danger present, Hulk never transformed back into Bruce.
