You can find Pururun Kyupi next to the tower with the Pata-Pata-Peppy (violet owl) - statue on top in Sanrio Harbour. She will help out with some cooking. Kyupi is a water fairy and can only see people with a good heart. Kyupi can make people happy and can make good things happen to them. She was born from a bubble on the Lake Pururun; the (fictional) cleanest lake in the world. Kyupi likes fortune-telling. The little antenna on her head sparkles when she's happy. Pururun Kyupi was deviced by Sanrio in 2002.
