Epic (2012), previously known as Epic II, was an e-wrestling pay-per-view produced by Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) under the Insanity brand. The event took place in February 28, 2012 in Rome, Italy to conclude Insanity's 19th cycle. It was the second biennial Epic event.
