Shotman (ショットマン Shottoman?), also known as Crazy Cannon in the Mega Man 2 instruction manual for the U.S. and in Mega Man Powered Up, is an enemy that appears in Flash Man's stage and in Crash Man's stage. It also appears in certain areas of Dr. Wily's castle. It attacks by shooting Mega Man and after a number of shots, it alternates its aim. They appear in Crash Man's Stage in Mega Man II. They also appear in Mega Water S's & Hyper Storm H's Stage, as well as the 2nd Wily Tower Stage in Mega Man: The Wily Wars.
