Vayarad is a character in Heroes of Might and Magic III: The Shadow of Death. He was a vampire lord from northwestern Deyja. Wanting to stage a coup in Deyja, he began to send his own brood into AvLee, hoping to weaken them and strengthen his own position at the same time. His armies were growing slowly, but steadily. At some point, he killed Lord Falorel and took his place. Vayarad was poisoned by Sandro when the necromancer decided that Vayarad's ambitious plans were a threat to his own schemes.
