Emanyueru Kannazuki (エマニュエル神無月, Kannazuki Emanyueru) is a powerful shinobi who is currently serving as the Mizukage and the jinchūriki of the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle. Before becoming Mizukage he was trained by his predecessor and was also praised for being a child prodigy, being compared to a jōnin-ranked shinobi at the mere age of thirteen.
