It has a distinct layout consisting of the Royal Plaza, a forum located directly past the harbor; an industrial district surrounded by numerous establishments and homes; and Royal Caldera City, a residential district situated within the crater of a dormant volcano hosting the Fire Nation Royal Palace and various homes of Fire Nation elite.
