Karen is a visiting villager in Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness. Karen travels to Sunny Island with her sister in law Popuri from Mineral Town. They will visit for one full season and then leave to go back to Mineral Town, but will return regularly after their first visit. Karen is married to Popuri's brother Rick, although he stays back in Mineral Town.
