Hack Fenlon was a male senator of the Imperial Senate during the early years of the Galactic Empire's reign. After Gronson Takkaro; a Dug who owed Fenlon a large sum of money, escaped Imperial arrest in three star systems, Fenlon placed a bounty on his head. The senator wanted Takkaro captured alive and returned to Ahakista, a job which the bounty hunter Bossk was assigned to. The hunter tracked Takkaro to the planet Lothal but was betrayed there by Imperial Security Bureau Lieutenant Jenkes, who also was in league with Takkaro.
