While all Ninja Turtles are selectable in most stages of TMNT (Game Boy Advance), Raphael is the obligatory player character in stages 1 and 3, as they represent his escapades as Nightwatcher. At the beginning of both stages, he appears briefly in his Nightwatcher armor, on his motorcycle. Within second, a puff of smoke appears, and he changes into his basic turtle look for the rest of the stage.
