Titles are earned if you do achieve a certain skill, completed a quest, killed a boss, etc. Titles you may earn: There are also secret titles you can earn! Just keep your eyes peeled. You can display your titles by going into the options menu, and click "Show Off Titles". You can also go to the Forums and press "My profile". Your titles will be displayed above your head ingame, and in the forums, your titles will appear below your picture.
