Rick Fraser (Born July 11, 1954, in Sarnia, Ontario) is a retired hockey defenceman. He was drafted 173rd overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1974 NHL Amateur Draft and 231st overall by the Indianapolis Racers in the 1974 WHA Amateur Draft. He went on to play 4 games in the WHA with the Racers in 1974-75.
