Anchor of The Endless Void is one of Tokihakiri's signature Kyūjutsu techniques. By pulling an arrow against the string of her bow, she imbues the arrow with a unique chakra signature. This signature is one of her own creation, which she calls an Anchor of Life (命の錨; Mei no Ikari). Upon contact with the ground or target, the chakra signature latches onto other nearby chakra sources and links the targets all together, forming an anchor that renders them nearly immobile. All the same, this arrow joins their life forces together, meaning any injuries dealt to one target is dealt to everyone else caught within the chakra anchor.
