Toborro is the Hutt Cartel's Supreme Mogul, or leader, after Karagga the Unyielding was killed. As the Cartel's new head, Toborro sought to take advantage of the ongoing conflict between the Galactic Republic and the redesigned Sith Empire, by establishing the Hutt Cartel as the galaxy's new superpower. Toborro then led Hutt Cartel forces as they invaded Makeb.
