Lynel Guts are an item in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. They are a rare monster part dropped by all Lynel variants when defeated. Link make Elixirs with it by Cooking it with critters such as Frogs, Lizards, and Bugs. If cooked by itself or with other food ingredients, it will usually result in the failed food dish, Dubious Food. It is also used Great Fairies to upgrade Armor. Due to its rarity and the difficulty of fighting Lynels to obtain it, it is better to save it for upgrading armor.
