Beguiling Enchantment is a heroic tier feat available to all player characters. When a character with the Beguiling Enchantment feat uses a power with the charm keyword, each enemy hit by the power takes a -2 penalty on attack rolls against the character until the end of that enemy's next turn, in addition to the power's normal effects.[PH3:177]
