Manuel Vergara was a Colombian Drug Lord and arms dealer. He lives a wealthy life and has ex-KGB contacts. He helped sell chemical agents and poison to a Colombian terrorist group named La Fuerza del Dios who contaminated the town of La Puerza. John Mullins later breaks into Vergara's mansion through his security. When Mullins finds Manuel he refuses to reveal any information because he fears for his family's safety. Vergara commits suicide by shooting himself.
