Lightning Release: Lightning Spear is a Kenjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Release of Tomi. The jutsu involves Tomi focusing his lightning chakra into that of his personal staff, from there Tomi can use a variety of jutsu or just use the spear to shock opponents in battle. In order to use the technique, Tomi must continously focus lightning chakra into the spear.
