The Office of Party Affairs (OPA) was responsible for establishing relations with others outside of the party. These may include people, pressure groups, parties and even other nations. The leader of OPA is responsible for conducting meetings, trips, talks, etc. He/She is also the chief representative of the Urban Party of Kirlawa when conducting affairs outside the party. The position was abolished in 2780.
