This was a planet that was unidentified, the only thing we know about is that it was most likely inhabited and that there was a huge battle on the planet in 13,040 BBY. We do not know much about the battle, but we do know that the planet was destroyed at the end of the battle. This killed everyone on, and close to, the planet and destroyed all records of the battle.
