Lee Inglis (Born Aug. 31, 1947, in Latchford, Ontario) is a retired hockey left winger. He played 10 games in the World Hockey Association for the New York Golden Blades/New Jersey Knights and the San Diego Mariners. He played in 1973-74 and 1974-75 and scored 2 assists. He played in the Netherlands in the 1970-71 and 1972-73.
