Unveiled at E3 2006, Snake (スネーク Sunēku?) is a character who appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Instead of using a gun, like he usually does in his games, he was designed instead to use explosive-type weapons and CQC (close quarters combat) from his own games. At E3 2006 it was announced in one of the first teaser videos for Super Smash Bros. Brawl that Snake would be included in the game, making him the first official "guest" character in a Super Smash Bros. game.
