The Pacinator is a villainous hitman for hire who possesses a special freezing yogurt gun which he uses to freeze and trap his victims in ice and sell them off to the highest bidder. He is the pac-person responsible for the genocide of the yellow ones and was apparently hired to do so by the evil alien overlord Apex. He is also the owner of the Frozen Mom's Yogurt company.
