Wilbur "Billy" Anthony McMullen, Jr. (born March 8, 1980 in Richmond, Virginia) is an American football wide receiver who is currently a free agent. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at Virginia. McMullen has also been a member of the Minnesota Vikings, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions.
