Visalia was a city in central California. Mamud Faheen and a few other Second Wave operatives maintained a safe house at Crescent Collectibles in Visalia's DeAnza District. During Day 2, agents from CTU Los Angeles and the FBI flew to Visalia to capture Faheen based on information from Nina Myers. The operation was staged at Davenport Airfield.
