Jungle Guardians are trees guarding a sacred grove for the druids at the western most part of the Bloodstone Fen mission. The bonus of the mission is to revive the druids without killing any of these Guardians. On the other hand, upon killing them, dark spirits called the Ravagers will manifest, thus causing to fail the bonus.
