Rist is a boss character in Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. He is one of the officers of Freege. He is an ambitious, career driven man. During the events of Chapter 13, He has Tahra completely surrounded by his men. Paulus recommended that Rist not overdo it, then leaves him as Baldack is about to arrive. Fearing that the more competent Baldack might steal the glory of conquering the city from him, he prematurely begins his charge for Tahra. Before Rist could arrive, Dean and Eda stop him and kill him. While dying, Rist thinks about his promotion. His ambition ultimately cost the Empire control over the city.
