General Miller is a character featured in Galaxies at Wars. He was the one responsible for the training of underaged teenagers who fought as mercenaries for Iscariot and its allies. He also made the training programm which included the use of drugs. He retired after the Divison 91 of whom John was part of finfished their last mission, and after John was finished protecting the daughter of a high ranked politician from Iscariot. He has a family, which includes his wife, two daughters and one son.
